These terms govern your use of the Aszend iOS application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. Use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
What Aszend is
Aszend is a self-discipline challenge app: you commit to a 7, 30 or 75-day challenge and complete six daily tasks. It is a motivational tool. It is not medical, psychological, fitness or nutritional advice. Consult a professional before making changes to your physical or mental health routine, and use your own judgment when choosing your daily tasks.
Subscription
Aszend Yearly — €29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial.
Promotional prices may be offered from time to time. All prices include applicable taxes where required and may vary by region; the exact price is always shown in the App Store before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Everything you enter in the app (name, notes, progress) remains yours. See the Privacy Policy for how it is stored.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app, and not to use it in any way that violates applicable law or Apple's App Store terms.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the current version will always be available on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
